What is a Miles Pack and when do I need one?+
A Miles Pack is a one-time purchase that adds 20 Miles to your account. Active Islanders can stock up at NT$150 to prepare for month-end deductions; if your Island Pass or hosting access is already paused, the price is NT$200 and the pause lifts immediately.
Why are active Islanders NT$50 cheaper than paused members?+
Stocking up early helps our operations stay steady and encourages members to prepare in advance, so active Islanders pay NT$150 while paused members pay NT$200.
What if my Pass gets paused again after using a Miles Pack?+
If month-end deductions push your Miles negative again, your Pass may pause once more. Combine the Miles Pack with steady participation rather than relying solely on purchases. LangIsland Pro (coming soon) is a more stable monthly plan that exempts you from monthly deductions.
What is your refund policy?+
Miles Pack is a one-time service. Once ECPay completes the charge and Miles are credited, refunds are not available. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
